• Communication with City staff regarding the timeline and due date of New <br />Claims. <br />COMPENSATION — FEE STRUCTURE <br />COST FOR ANNUAL. NEW AND AMENDED CLAIMS. <br />Consultant will complete each element of this proposal as it relates to the Annual <br />Claims due on February 15, 2018, February 15, 2019 and February 15, 2020. New <br />Claims for which Claiming Instructions are issued during the 2017-2018 through 2019- <br />2020 fiscal years, and Claims requiring amendment for a Fixed Fee not to exceed Five <br />Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($5,800) for FY 2017-2018; Five Thousand Eight <br />Hundred Dollars ($5,800) for FY 2018-2019 and Five Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars <br />($5,900) for FY 2019-2020. This includes all fees and expenses incurred in the claim <br />preparation process. <br />Fixed Fee for Three Years <br />• FY 2017-2018 $5,800 <br />• FY 2018-2019 $5,800 <br />• FY 2019-2020 $5,900 <br />METHOD OF PAYMENT <br />Consultant will invoice the City of Redwood City for all contracted work in two equal <br />installments (each fiscal year): The first installment will be due upon execution of the <br />contract in FY 2017-2018 and August 11t in each subsequent fiscal year.
