<br />, ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO.1 TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT FOR <br />PROFESSIONAL ELECTRICAL EVALUATION AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE <br />(PM) SERVICES FOR WATER DISTRIBUTION PUMP STATIONS <br /> <br />BOB-WIRE ELECTRIC, INC. <br /> <br />~hiS Amendment No.1 is entered into and effective as of the M day of <br />~ . T , 2006, extending the agreement dated August 29, 2005 (the <br />"Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ("City"), and BOB-WIRE ELECTRIC, INC., <br />("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties"). <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />A. On August 29, 2005, the Parties executed the Agreement to Bob-Wire <br />Electric, Inc for professional electrical evaluation and preventive maintenance (pm) <br />services for water distribution pump stations. <br /> <br />B. The Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of one year; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is hereby <br />extended for a period of July 1,2006 ending on June 30, 2007. <br /> <br />2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br />time to time, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Consultant <br />pursuant to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, shall include <br />coverage for this Amendment. <br /> <br />Amendment to Extend Time <br />City Attorney Approved Version 090103 <br />
