Research Costs <br />Provided below are the costs to conduct the mixed -mode survey of likely November <br />2018 voters in Redwood City. In addition to all aspects of conducting the survey, the <br />proposed costs include reasonable consulting and presentation of results. <br />These are our start to finish, all-inclusive costs for all services and deliverables outlined <br />in this proposal. Any interviews beyond 400 will be delivered at no additional cost. <br />Mixed -Mode Telephone and Online Survey <br />Estimated 400 completed interviews, $23,500 <br />15 -minutes average length, in English and <br />Spanish <br />Billing <br />The not -to -exceed price for the quantitative survey of Redwood City voters as described <br />above will be $23,500, which includes Spanish language translation and interviewing. <br />The flat fee for the survey includes all aspects of conducting the research, including <br />questionnaire development, programming and translation, interviewing, demographic <br />tracking, presentation and consultation on results for as long as Client uses the <br />research. <br />Fifty percent of the project fees will be billed immediately, and the balance would be <br />due following delivery of research results. <br />REV: 06-28-18 VR <br />Page 5 of 5 <br />ATTY/AGR.Amend No. 1 /EMC Research <br />
