MSC that Mr. MOrton be empowered to complete arrangements, pro- vided the fire department grants permission. NEW BUSINESS: Mr. Hagan suggested that publicity be given to the plan to pur- chase a recreation center site, 'in the hopes it' would dr:aw sugge-st- ions from the community.
