Contract #: BSA -EU -14546-15060771 <br />A test of the SIRE conversion will be performed to the Customers test server. Up to two <br />thousand (2,000) folders from each SIRE cabinet will be converted from SIRE to Software. <br />A production conversion will be performed that will include all identified documents from <br />SIRE. <br />Training <br />During execution of Project 1, Hyland will provide the training described below: <br />Hyland will provide one (1) System Administration training course to the Customer's <br />Software system administrators. This level of training will be focused on the general use, <br />maintenance, and administration of the Software. This training should be scheduled through <br />httn://trainin2.onbase.com and will occur in a classroom setting at Hyland or online. This <br />training will take place prior to the official project kickoff and installation to ensure that the <br />Customer's system administrator is prepared to engage in discussions about configuration <br />preferences and Software modules, administration, security and implementation discussions. <br />Hyland will provide a solution administration module reference guide (MRG) and one (1) <br />day of training to the Software administrators to identify solution specific tasks required to be <br />performed to maintain the solution in an optimal manner. <br />Hyland will provide to the Customer for sixty (60) days, on a 24/7 basis, access to Hyland's <br />"Premium Subscription" courses and content. The Premium Subscription is applied to <br />Customer's entire organization and will grant access to anyone in the organization with a <br />valid Hyland.com/Community or TeamOnBase login, and includes courses made available in <br />the Premium Subscription Gallery including video instruction, interactive lessons, <br />assessments, and resources. The start date of this training period will be at a mutually agreed <br />upon date during project kick-off. <br />Hyland will use a train -the -trainer methodology and provide one (1) class at ninety (90) <br />minutes each for Unity Client User Training. The training will be conducted either remotely <br />using an agreed upon remote access tool or at the Customer's location. Any on location <br />training will be subject to travel expenses as defined in the MSLSSA. <br />These designated trainers will then provide training to end users and answer questions about <br />the solution. This level of training can then be focused on solution specific training using the <br />Software in their day-to-day business processes. <br />Testing and Support <br />Hyland will implement and perform solution unit testing to test software functionality in <br />accordance with the documentation, as defined in the Software Maintenance Agreement. <br />Upon completion of Hyland's unit testing, Hyland will support Customer for up to forty (40) <br />hours over two (2) contiguous weeks to complete business process testing. <br />REV: 01-09-18 JS <br />Page 25 of 51 <br />ATTY/AGR.2018.001/Hyland Onbase ACMS <br />
