Contract 4: BSA -EU -14546-15060771 <br />Once the solution is being used in a production capacity, Hyland will provide up to twenty- <br />four (24) hours of support, provided in contiguous days, and will include support relating to <br />the migration of the configured solution from test into production. <br />Services (as described below in the `Description of Services"section) <br />Implementation, Project Management, Conversion Services <br />Deliverables <br />Module Reference Guide, Reconciliation Report (as defined in the description of <br />Conversion Services, in the "Description of Services" section) <br />General Requirements <br />a. Initial implementation of Software will be configured and tested in the future <br />production environment; and <br />b. Customer is responsible for providing a knowledgeable resource(s) familiar with the <br />SIRE Document Management application to answer questions related correctly <br />extracting the document according to business policy and the intended taxonomy of <br />the SIRE Cabinet structure. <br />Conversion Terms and Conditions <br />a. Keyword values exceeding two hundred fifty (250) characters will be truncated <br />unless otherwise specified during the project implementation; <br />b. Format of extracted files will be natively supported by the Software; <br />c. Hyland will migrate only the latest revision of each document into the Software; <br />d. Hyland will not be responsible for verifying the correctness or integrity of document <br />metadata or the quality of image files associated with the Legacy System; <br />e. Hyland will not be responsible for enhancing or modifying such documents or <br />document metadata (e.g., rotating documents, enhancing image quality, or correcting <br />metadata) or for converting image and annotations (e.g. redactions, highlights) and <br />audit history metadata unless explicitly stated otherwise in the requirements; <br />f. Project 1 does not include conversion of SIRE custom code or scripts, Workflow, <br />Forms, Auto Indexing rules, triggers, system configuration, security group or related <br />security permissions, retention rules, stored procedures, reports (standard or custom), <br />media events, Active Directory configuration, 3rd party integrations, API scripts or <br />integrations, custom utilities, full text catalogs, renditions or revisions, product <br />features or anything not explicitly defined within this document; <br />g. Hyland will install and configure the IDOL server for full text searching (if licensed) <br />and assist the system administrator with configuration of document types to be full <br />text search enabled. The execution and completion of cataloguing and processing the <br />documents is dependent on external conditions (e.g. server resources, volume of <br />documents and document size) and not a deliverable of this project; <br />h.
