Contract #: BSA -EU -14546-15060771 <br />Hyland will provide a train the trainer methodology to Customer's end users identified as <br />Contract workflow participants. Hyland will provide up to four (4) hours of train the trainer <br />training to cover how to complete the form, and how each step participant will interact with <br />the workflow. <br />Testing and Support <br />Hyland will implement and perform solution unit testing to test functionality in the agreed <br />upon solution for Customer. Upon completion of Hyland's solution unit testing, Hyland will <br />support Customer throughout user acceptance testing of the solution. Hyland assumes <br />Customer will perform at least one (1) testing cycles which will last up to one (1) week per <br />cycle. This proposal includes Hyland's commitment of two (2) hours of support per week <br />over the course of Customer testing cycles. Customer will be responsible for performing <br />business process testing and confirming the provided solution meets the requirement gather <br />in the discovery document. <br />Customer will sign off on the configured solution and then Hyland will provide go -live <br />support to Customer. <br />Services (as described in the `Description of Services"section below) <br />Requirements Analysis, Implementation, Project Management, Training <br />Deliverables <br />Software Solution, Discovery Document, Solution Admin Guide <br />Project 3 General Requirements <br />a. This project will be executed in conjunction with or following the "Software <br />Implementation and SIRE Document Management Conversion" (Project 1) included <br />in this Services Proposal; or <br />b. This proposal will be executed against an existing installation of OnBase at the <br />Customer location that is OnBase version 16 or higher. <br />c. Customer has a functioning non -production environment (e.g. Test) in which to <br />develop and test the solution <br />d.
