Contract #: BSA -EU -14546-15060771 <br />GENERAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXCLUSIONS <br />a. Project start date(s) are subject to a mutually agreed upon schedule after execution of <br />contract; <br />b. Each deliverable created during this project will use Hyland's standard deliverable <br />templates. <br />c. Hyland is not responsible for the deployment/installation of Software on end user <br />workstations. The technical consultant will work with Customer's system administrator <br />to identify requirements, test installation processes, and provide general consulting on the <br />topic. However, it is ultimately Customer's responsibility to roll-out Software to end <br />user workstations; <br />d. Hyland is not responsible for the installation and configuration of third party software, <br />other than third party software embedded in the Software; <br />e. Customer is responsible for updating any other environments outside of test and <br />production to the appropriate version and configuration of Software; <br />f. This proposal is based on OnBase version 15 or greater to allow for all requirements <br />identified in the scope to be valid; <br />g. As detailed above, Hyland will provide the specified training as part of this proposal. <br />Customer may request additional hours for such service under a future agreement; <br />h. As detailed above, Hyland will provide the specified support for testing the solution. <br />Customer may request additional hours for such service under a future agreement; <br />i. As detailed above, Hyland will provide the specified support for go live. Customer may <br />request additional hours for such service under a future agreement. <br />j. Customer fulfills its responsibilities and obligations hereunder, as described in the section <br />below entitled "Customer Responsibilities/Obligations."; and <br />k. If this proposal marks the completion of a conversion from SIRE to OnBase and the <br />customer will no longer be paying maintenance on any SIRE modules, the Services team <br />will complete that transaction by removing the SIRE licensing from the SIRE server. <br />Thereby completing the return of SIRE for the delivery of OnBase software. <br />Project Exclusions <br />The following items are considered out of scope for this engagement: <br />a. Conversions from third party systems; <br />b. Integrations with third party systems; <br />c. Video encoder (hardware or software), encoder configuration, cameras or microphones; <br />d. Signature pad interface or mobile accessibility-, <br />e. Agenda To Go, Agenda Scan, Agenda Print, Agenda Export/hnport and <br />f. Any process conversion not explicitly defined in the project(s) of this proposal including <br />additional workflows, forms, scripts, agenda formatting, custom compile scripts, custom <br />security, and custom publishing events/exports/presentation/web pages/formatting or <br />audio/video configuration or hardware. <br />REV: 01-09-1815 <br />Page 40 of 51 <br />ATTY/AGR2018.001/Hyland Onbase ACMS <br />
