Contract #: BSA -EU -14546-15060771 <br />CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES/OBLIGATIONS <br />To facilitate Hyland's performance of the above services, Customer agrees to the following: <br />1. Project Management <br />Customer will provide a single point of contact whose responsibilities include but are not <br />limited to: <br />a. Collaboration with Hyland resources on the project schedule; <br />b. Coordination of key departmental decision maker(s), subject matter expert(s), end- <br />user representative(s), third party software application resources, project team <br />representative(s) related to the project area, steering committee, project sponsorship; <br />c. Facilitate timely decision making and resolution of issues; <br />d. Coordination of Customer resources for the testing and regression testing cycles of <br />the configured Software solution; <br />e. Tracking and reporting test results; and <br />f. Arrange for physical workspace and tools (desks, meeting rooms, training rooms, <br />conference phones, etc.) for duration of the project to accommodate scheduled onsite <br />activities. <br />2. Implementation <br />a. Properly setup environment in accordance with Hyland's prerequisites. Setup will <br />consist of the installation, configuration, and administration of, but not limited to, all <br />hardware and operating systems, database instance(s), networking, and required third - <br />party software; <br />b. Local and remote access through the use of dedicated user account(s) with <br />appropriate privileges to the Software and relevant third party systems for the <br />engaged Hyland project team; <br />c. Setup, execution, and validation of the database maintenance plan for each Software <br />instance; <br />d. Perform routine scheduled backups and maintain disaster recovery and <br />contingency plans; <br />e. Packaging and deployment of the client Software. Deployment of supporting client <br />hardware (e.g. scanner, signature device) and related third party software (e.g. <br />drivers, licenses) for the Software solution; <br />f. All scanning devices (MFP, MFD, high volume scanners) will be installed, <br />configured and performing to manufacturer's specifications; <br />g. The same scanner make/model used in production -level scanning will be available in <br />the test environment; <br />h. Customer will have at least one (1) non -production environment for installation and <br />deployment; <br />i. Customer is responsible for the installation or configuration of third party software; <br />j.
