Contract #: BSA -EU -14546-15060771 <br />1. Customer will provide systems access and include third -party vendors or subject <br />/technical matter experts as required. <br />3. Testing/Training <br />a. At least one (1) Software system administrator will or has attended system <br />administrator training and will participate actively in the entire project lifecycle for <br />knowledge transfer. The Customer system administrator will support all Software <br />environments, and solutions; <br />b. At least one (1) Workflow administrator will or has attended Software Introduction to <br />Workflow training, at Customer's expense, and will participate actively in the entire <br />project lifecycle for knowledge transfer. The Customer Workflow administrator will <br />support all Software environments, and solutions; <br />c. Setup of the Software testing/training workstation(s) (e.g. PC and scanner) including <br />the installation of all necessary software; <br />d. Customer is responsible for the creation, development and execution of test cases; <br />e. Customer will commit a minimum of eight (8) working hours per day to testing the <br />Solution during the Customer Testing Support phase, which may be performed by <br />multiple Customer personnel; and <br />f. Customer is responsible for end-user training on the use of the Software, apart from <br />the End User training described in Appendix B below. <br />4. Project Personnel <br />a. Customer will assign a project sponsor, who will be actively involved in the project <br />and is the final escalation point for all issues and decisions; <br />b. Customer is responsible for designating the appropriate Customer personnel to attend <br />and contribute to all project meetings for the duration of the project; <br />c. Customer is responsible for timely completion of deliverables and action items <br />throughout the course of the project; <br />d. Customer project resources will not change through the duration of the project; <br />e. Customer will assign and Hyland will have access to the appropriate business process <br />owners and resources for the project in a timely manner when requested; <br />f. Database administrator, network administrator, subject matter experts, etc., will be <br />available in a timely manner on an as -needed basis; <br />g. Customer will assign and Hyland will have access to the appropriate technical <br />resources for the project in a timely manner when requested; <br />h. At least one (1) Information Services ("IS") / Information Technology CTT") <br />representative to assist with the installation with regards to network and system <br />administration; and <br />i.
