For each training, NPA will provide instructors, a presentation, a note taking guide and a <br />participant feedback form. The training sessions above will each last one and one-half hours. <br />NPAwill deliver each session twice. <br />The exact content of the training will be based upon the needs assessment conducted in Task <br />3A and the content of the final EOP. <br />Task 3C Deliverables: <br />Draft participant manual <br />Draft training presentation <br />Draft participant feedback form <br />After a two-week review, final participant manual, presentation and participant feedback <br />form <br />Two, three-hour training sessions at City facilities <br />Task 31): Develoo and Deliver an EDP TabletoD Exercise ITTXI: <br />The TTX will serve to familiarize staff with and validate the updated EOP. NPA will follow the <br />exercise design process contained in the DHS Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation <br />Program (HSEEP). To support exercise design, the City will form an Exercise Design Team (EDT) to <br />provide input and guidance for delivering the TTX. This process allows the City to create an <br />exercise that is tailored to its unique requirements and clearly addresses relevant objectives. The <br />exercise design process will include: <br />§ Holding a concepts and objectives/initial planning meeting with the EDT to <br />establish TTX core capabilities evaluated, select exercise objectives, identifv <br />participants and develop a scenario <br />§ Developing a draft TTX Situation Manual (SITMAN) <br />§ Holding a final planning meetingto solidify the TTX objectives, assign participants to <br />tables, review the draft SITMAN facilitation questions, finalize exercise control and <br />evaluation, and make necessary logistics preparations <br />§ Delivering and facilitating the TTX for up to 45 staff.
