EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Task 1: Task Management and Coordination <br />Project Management: Navigating Preparedness Associates (NPA) uses a systematic project <br />management process to achieve success. Our first step is to develop a project plan that details <br />the timing of task deliverables, the review process and responsible individuals. To support the <br />project plan, bi-weekly calls will be made between the City's project manager and our project <br />manager to discuss progress and address any concerns that may arise. NPA will provide <br />monthly progress reports to the City detailing accomplished actions, pending action items, and <br />project challenges. <br />For the training/exercise design portion of the project, NPA prepares and follows a Master Task <br />List which categorizes all of the individual steps in delivering exercises. This checklist includes <br />assignments and due dates for each activity to support completion of the EDP and delivering <br />the training product. <br />Quality Management: NPA employs a comprehensive quality control system. Each work product <br />will go through an independent technical review for accuracy and completeness. Task <br />deliverables as listed below will be provided to the City for project manager/stakeholder review <br />along with a comment matrix to compile input. The comment matrix will track and address <br />each issue and provide responses on how the issue was addressed. <br />Task 1 Deliverables: <br />Kickoff meeting to align expectations, scheduling, and discuss project management <br />Detailed project plan including milestone/deliverable schedule for eachcomponent <br />Monthly project progress reports that include status of deliverables, concerns, and <br />future action items <br />Monthly invoices that report work accomplished, percent of project completed, and <br />funds remaining <br />Meeting agendas and minutes from all project management meetings <br />A detailed comment matrix and adjudications report for all deliverables <br />REV: 01-16-18 RL <br />Page 9 of 16 <br />ATTY/AGR.2018.008/Navigating Preparedness LLC., Emergency Operations Plan <br />
