The results of this study will provide the <br />City with clear documentation of direct and indirect costs associated with Cannabis <br />Permitting Processes. The following sections provide a brief project background, <br />proposed scope of services, project schedule and cost. <br />1 1 Project Background <br />The Matrix Consulting Group has significant experience working with a wide variety of <br />jurisdictions developing and establishing fee rates and structures.
