If just a segregated part of a unit <br />were developed at one time architectural fees would be from 8% to <br />¡O% of cost. <br /> <br />Cost far the complete twenty year program was estimated at $926.350. <br />but the consensus of opinion was that such a fi~lre sould not be <br />released for publication at the present time.
