A4 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain amended agreement entitled, "Amended A~eement for Housing <br />Association for the Needy and Dispossessed, Inc. (HAND) to Rehabilitate Redwood Oaks <br />Apartments at 330-340 Redwood Avenue," (form dated 12/17/01, subject to minor <br />modifications approved by the City Attorney; the "Agreement"), by and between the City <br />of Redwood City and the Housing Association for the Needy and Dispossessed, a copy of <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk. to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and <br />City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said Agreement, and other agreements incidental and necessary for the <br />completion of the transaction contemplated herein, for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 121171O1 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
