D. Nondiscrimination Based on Disability. <br /> <br /> Contractor hereby a~ees that it will comply with thc provisions of Section <br /> 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, providing equal <br /> access and reasonable accommodations in employment programs and <br /> services to persons who are disabled. <br /> <br /> E. Interest of Public Officials. <br /> <br /> No members, officers, employees, or agents of the City of Redwood City, <br /> no member of the City Council and no other public official who exercises <br /> any function or responsibility with respect to this Agreement or <br /> Contractor's Program during his or his tenure, or for one year thereafter, <br /> shall have any interest, direct or indirect, in this contract or a related <br /> subcontract, or thc proceeds thereof. Contractor shall incorporate in all <br /> subcontracts hereunder a provision prohibiting such interest. <br /> <br /> ,F. Religious Activity Prohibited. <br /> <br /> Those shall be no religious worship, instruction, or proselytizing as part <br /> of, or in connection with, the performance of this Agreement. <br /> <br /> G. Uniform Administration Requirements. <br /> <br /> Contractor shall comply with thc requirements and standards of the <br /> HOME Investment Partnership Regulations, OMB Circular A-122 Cost <br /> Principles for Non-Profit Organizations, OMB Circular A-110 <br /> attachments A, B, C, F, H, N, and O, and all other federal, state, and local <br /> laws, regulations and requirements, as applicable. <br /> <br /> H. HOME PROGRAM Requirements. <br /> <br /> Contractor shall comply with the requirements and standards of the <br /> HOME Investment Partnership Regulations relating to: income targeting <br /> to HOME limits of 50% and below median income; affordability term of <br /> no less than 30 years; Contractor shall set unit HOME rents at the rates <br /> listed below. Said rents shall not exceed 30% of the household's gross <br /> income. Monthly housing costs shall be defined as rent plus utilities. <br /> <br /> 7. ASSIGNMENT AND SUBCONTRACT <br /> <br /> A. Without the written consent of the City Council or his/her representative, <br /> this Agreement is not assignable in whole or in part. Any assignment by <br /> Contractor without the written consent of the City Council or his/her <br /> <br />12/17/01 - 7- <br /> <br /> <br />
