Staff recommends this proposed amendment to the agreement with KMA in the amount <br />of $100,000. These funds will only be spent with direct authorization from the Agency. In <br />addition, the agreement will provide the Agency with flexible economic consulting <br />resources during this period of intense development activity. Finally, KMA - represented <br />by Tim Kelly - has provided high quality assistance to the Agency for many years on a <br />variety of complex projects and is already heavily involved in the Retail-Cinema Project. <br /> <br />Patricia J.
