Mr. Royer explained the benefits to all concerned including the city, schools and the taxpayer in general. Due to the fact that most of the Commissioners were all informed of thi~ issue at a previous meeting they were all in accord with the Dresentation made by Councilman Royer. Vincent Rambo, newly appointed Com~iRsion me~ber felt that he was now well enough acquainted with the project and requested that be be allowed to withhold bis vote.
