He advised that work should be completed by April 1. <br /> <br />Commissioner rrornell pointed out an existing hazat'd at Westwood <br />Park--that of children putting the park benches on the swings and <br />several children swinging on them at me time. ¿his occurrence <br />recently resulted in 8 serious injury to a small child. Mrs. <br />Tornell asked if the park benches c'ouls be anchored.
