In the event a vehicle is stopped, parked, or left standing upon a street in violation <br />of this Section, any member of the Police Department authorized by the Chief of <br />Police may remove the vehicle from the street or highway in the manner and <br />subject to the requirements of Section 22650 et seq., of the Vehicle Code of the <br />State. <br />C. The vehicles enumerated in subsections A and B hereof shall not be deemed to <br />include station wagons, passenger vehicles not equipped with campers which are <br />not house cars and/or commercial vehicles, and passenger vehicles equipped with <br />campers which are not house cars and/or commercial vehicles. <br />Section 8.
