Request by MidPen Housing for a Downtown Planned Community <br />Permit, including seven (7) guideline deviations, Vesting Tentative <br />Parcel Map, and Density Bonus parking concession to merge 4 <br />parcels and construct a 7-story, 117-unit residential apartment <br />building for senior housing at the very low income affordability level <br />with two parking levels and an ~8,000 sq. ft. child care facility on the <br />ground floor, located within the Downtown Precise Plan area at 707 <br />Bradford Street. The applicant is also seeking a parking concession <br />for the child care facility through the State Density Bonus law and <br />Section 32.19 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance <br /> <br />Senior Planner Chan gave a presentation on the proposed project.
