Borings will be advanced to a maximum of two (2) feet bgs. After sample <br />collection, soil cuttings will be placed back into each boring. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />GEl will submit the sixteen (16) discrete soil samples to a California-certified laboratory <br />for analyses for Total Extractable Petroleum Hydrocarbons by EPA Method 8015M, <br />Volatile Organic Compounds by EP A Method 8260B, Semi-volatile organic compounds <br />by EP A Method 8270C, Organochlorine Pesticides by EP A Method 8081, CAM 17 <br />Metals by EP A Methods 601 OB and 7471 A, and Asbestos by OSHA Method ID-191. <br /> <br />Task 2. - Report Preparation <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />GEl will prepare three (3) copies of a written technical report of the investigation <br />procedures and analytical results. The report will include CAD figures depicting <br />sampling locations, summary analytical data tables and laboratory reports. <br /> <br />Project Cost <br /> <br />Work will be performed on a lump sum basis as follows: <br /> <br />Task 1. Soil Borings & Samples Collection <br />Analytical <br /> <br />$ 2,315 <br />$10,800 <br /> <br />Task 2. Report <br /> <br />$ 2,225 <br />$15,340 <br /> <br />TOTAL PROJECT COST: <br /> <br />Schedule <br /> <br />GEl will complete all the specified work within three (3) weeks of the date of the client's <br />approval to proceed. <br /> <br />Project Limitations <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Price is based on assumed existing conditions and adequate site access. No significant <br />disruption to on-going site activities is anticipated during the sampling. <br />Further investigation may be needed if an unanticipated condition or conditions is/are <br />encountered during the investigation. <br />Additiona11aboratory analyses may be required for landfill acceptance. <br />Price assumes activities can be completed without utility or other hindrance and/or <br />obstruction~ GEl has not included contingency for the need to relocate, remove or <br />replace utilities. <br />Analytical costs are based on a normal five (5) working day lab turn. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />
