approximately 185' North of Middlefield Road to Stambaugh Street and join to the <br />existing pavements of Stambaugh Street. The construction includes the complete <br />removal of the existing roadway, the placement of new Class 2 Aggregate Base, asphalt <br />pavement, the construction of concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk on both sides of the <br />street, pavement marking, signing and striping, construct a storm drain system for <br />Willow Street including a drainage system for existing properties with frontage on both <br />sides of Willow Street located between 2233 Middlefield Road and Stambaugh Street. <br />All work shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Redwood City Standards <br />and Ordinances. Owner may, at its option, pay City an In Lieu Fee in the amount of <br />$124,931.00.
