RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND APPROVING AN AMENDMENT <br /> OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> CHANGING THE DESIGNATION FROM OPEN SPACE TO <br /> COMMERCIAL/OFFICE AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 325 <br /> ORACLE PARKWAY, REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, On January 15, 2002, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Redwood City duly reviewed and recommended City Council approval of a proposed <br />amendment to the General Plan of the City of Redwood City, changing the land use <br />designation at 325 Oracle Parkway from open space to commercial/office. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This Council, after holding a duly noticed public hearing, desires to <br />amend the General Plan of the City of Redwood City to change the land use <br />designation at 325 Oracle Parkway from open space to commercial/office. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 18 of the Code of the City of <br /> <br /> Redwood City and Government Code section 65850, et seq., this Council <br /> hereby approves and adopts that certain amendment of the General Plan <br /> of the City of Redwood City changing the designation from "open space" <br /> to "commemial/office" for the property located at 325 Oracle Parkway, <br /> Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 2.
