The childcare facility and office <br /> would not conform to the General Plan. For this reason a General Plan Amendment <br /> is also being considered. <br /> <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION: The property is located on a 2.91 acre portion of Oracle <br /> Corporation property, just north of Oracle Parkway. An existing parking lot is <br /> currently located on the site. <br /> <br /> ADJACENT LAND USES: The property is bounded on the north and west by the <br /> Belmont Slough, and on the south by Oracle Parkway. <br /> <br /> <br />
