NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Redwood City, State <br />of California will hold a public hearing on the application of Roy and Margaret Opfer for <br />a Development Agreement to allow development of a 7,500 square foot office <br />building under the terms of the 'pipeline projects' identified as part of the Zoning <br />Ordinance changes that were adopted in April 2001. The Development Agreement <br />requires that the owners pay to the City $58,134 in lieu of under-grounding utilities on <br />Middlefield Road; and $124,931 in lieu of making required improvements to Willow <br />Street as more fully described in the Development Agreement on property described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />LOCATION --2233 Middlefield Road. "CN" (Commercial Neighborhood) Zoning <br />Districts. <br /> <br />Said hearing will be held on the 25th of February, 2002 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in City <br />Hall, '1017 Middlefield Road, Council Chamber, Redwood City, California. <br /> <br />You have the right to comment on the Development Agreement at the pUblic <br />hearing.'
