Legislative Bill Action <br /> <br />The following are summaries of just a few of the legislative bills that are currently being acted upon by the <br />League of California Cities. The League encourages you to review the bills and contoct the appropriate <br />committees to demonstrate your support or opposition of issues that are important to your community. <br />Your assistance is ap. predated. <br /> <br />REVENUE AND TAXA'I'~ON PUBLI'C SAFETY <br /> <br />AB 1122. AB 1744 (Corbett); AB 1743 SB 823 (Poochigian). Local Law Enforcement <br />(CampbeLl). Personal Income and Bank Corpora- Funding. Existing Law requires each city receiving <br />tJon Tax Laws. Federal Conformity. The Economic funds from the SuppLementaL Law Enforcement <br />Growth and Tax ReLief ReconciLiation Act of 2001 Services Fund for, among other things, frontLine Law <br />expanded the tax benefits allowed for contributions enforcement services, to submit data detailing and <br />to retirement plans. Since the state did not adopt summarizing allocations to their respective Supple- <br />conforming Legislation Last year, employers and mental Law Enforcement Oversight Committee <br />employees have been caught in a technical and Legal (SLEOC).
