Staff is very satisfied with the services and work products received to date from <br />Kennedy/Jenks. This task order to the Kennedy/Jenks professional services agreement <br />provides the professional services and work products necessary for the City Council <br />Utilities Committee to make final policy and project approval recommendations to the full <br />Council by early July, 2002. <br /> <br />The budget for Task Order No. 2 has been negotiated by staff and Is set at a maximum of <br />$164,000.00. <br /> <br />Alternatlv® <br />Do not authorize the task order and give direction to staff. <br /> <br />Fiscal Impact <br />To date, funds have been approved and appropriated by the City Council in the Water <br />Enterprise Fund Capital Improvement Program, Recycled Water Project In the amount of <br />$1,300,000, consistent with budget objectives.
