If separate water and recycled water enterprises are <br />recommended, projections for each, or a combined projection will be prepared. <br /> <br />Subtask 4.5.6 - Evaluate Sensitivity of Water Conservation and Funding Sources <br /> on Rates and Revenues <br /> <br />Consultant will investigate the sensitivity of how variations in potable/recycled water revenues <br />and funding sources can impact rates. A break-even analysis will be developed for users that <br />conserve to recommended levels. <br /> <br />Subtask 4.5.7 - Draft and Final Executive Summary Report <br /> <br />An Executive Summary report will be prepared that summarizes the analyses, findings and <br />recommendations developed under this task. Ten copies of a drait Executive Summary report <br />will be prepared for the City's review. A meeting will be conducted with the City staffto <br />discuss review comments and a separate meeting will be held with the City Utilities Committee <br />to discuss study results. Ten copies of a final Executive Summary report will be provided. <br /> <br />Task 5 - Institutional and Implementation Support Contingency <br /> <br />Several sub tasks of work are identified that may require Consultant support. These services will be <br />provided to the City on an as-requested basis, and as such, the accompanying subtask budgets are <br />allowances for services that are undefined at this time. The support work may include attending meetings <br />and workshops, supporting preparation of draft and final inter-agency agreements and/or City ordinances, <br />coordinating with other City consultants, preparing grant and loan applications, investigating new <br />irrigation technologies or demonstration projects that will benefit City-wide water recycling and water <br />conservation efforts, and performing implementation scheduling.
