The
following ohronology summarizes progress on the owner's plans to develop the site
between June 2000 and January 2002.

6~02~00 Preliminary conceptual plan was received and reviewed by staff but no formal
application was made.

9111/00 Application for Architectural Permit for a 7,500 square foot office building
received.

9111100 Interim Urgency Ordinance was adopted, limiting land uses in the CN Zoning
District to 'Neighborhood Serving' uses.

9119100 The Plan Review Committee (City staff) reviewed the initial submittal and
provided comments to the applicant.

10123100 Interim Urgency Ordinance was extended to April 21,2001 to allow staff time
to develop permanent regulations for Planning Commission review.

11117100 Applicant requested a Development Agreement per the requirements of the
Interim Urgency Ordinance.

12112100 First design review by the Architectural Review Committee. The item was
continued.

2113101 Second design review by the Architectural Review Committee.
