The motion passed <br />by a unanimous voice vote. <br />6. STUDY SESSION — City Council, Planning Commission, and <br />Architectural Review Committee <br />A. Downtown Precise Plan — Second Joint Study Session <br />Redevelopment Manager Church stated that the study session would be focused <br />on land use and development standards, street and public spaces, building <br />design and downtown identity. The third meeting scheduled for August 22 will <br />focus on infrastructure, parking, transportation, and transit issues. <br />Michael Freedman, of FTB, introduced others involved as consultants and firms <br />involved in the project stating that the presentation would involve only land use <br />and development. He stated that discussion would remain at the study session <br />level until such time as the consultants are given enough detailed feedback to <br />determine what the plan should be implementing. He stated that when the study <br />sessions are over, a public review draft plan would be prepared and taken to the <br />public hearing process.
