B. Council Member Foust — referred to the July 11, 2005 Council meeting <br />discussion of the zoning and land use designations related to Urban Reserve. <br />She requested that Council consider at a future meeting the policy decision of <br />removing the Urban Reserve for Area H and leaving the zoning designation as <br />Tidal Plain. Her concern is that the Urban Reserve designation is not needed at <br />this time and is confusing. <br />8.
