<br />Pass-Through Expenses <br />The Forecasted Pass-Through Expenses consists of the sum of: <br />A. Forecasted Transfer and Disposal Expense <br />The Forecasted Transfer and Disposal Expense for the Rate Year shall result from <br />multiplying the tonnage of Solid Waste, Plant Materials and Recyclable Materials <br />forecasted to be delivered to the Transfer Station and Recyclery by the effective <br />transfer and disposal rate as described in the Agreement. <br />B. Forecasted Franchise and Other Fees <br />The Forecasted Franchise and other Fees for the Rate Year shall be calculated in <br />accordance with the appropriate methodology for the relevant fees using forecasted <br />Rate Year values as described in Article 3 of this Agreement. <br />C. BDBS subcontract (net) <br />The Forecasted cost for BDBS services (net of disallowed overhead and franchise fees) <br />shall be calculated based on current compactor accounts and estimated JP A service. <br />D. SBWMA Fees <br />The forecasted pass-through SBWMA fees, if any, shall be based on information <br />supplied by the SBWMA. <br />SBWMA Compensation Adjustment Guidelines June 6, 2000 <br />PAGE 11 <br />
