<br /> Responsibility: <br /> Prepared by Contractor <br /> Timing: Not later than August 1 <br /> Tasks: ".Preparation of Audited Financial Statements <br /> II.Preparation of Management Representation <br /> Letter <br /> ".Preparation of Expense Projections <br /> ".Pre aration of Su ortin Documentation <br />REPORTING OF OPERATIONAL INFORMATION <br />The Contractor will submit Attachment 1 - Operational Data Checklist, which will contain <br />a list of required Operation data to be used during the rate review. Operational <br />information shall be prepared for each category of service, (e.g., solid waste, recyclable <br />materials and plant material) for each local jurisdiction, and for the entire SBWMA service <br />area and attached to the check list. Operational information to be provided includes but is <br />not limited to: <br />.:. MIS Reports consisting of Tonnage collected, processed, disposed, recycled, <br /> composted, and used as Alternate Daily Cover (ADC); <br />.:. Number of accounts by frequency and type; <br />.:. Set-out rates; <br />.:. Number of routes; <br />.:. Number and type of vehicles and containers; and, <br />.:. Number of personnel (based on average full-time equivalents). <br />As part of preparing its Application, Contractor is encouraged to discuss with the SBWMA <br />any new operations (e.g., the phasing in of new programs) and how its current operations <br />could be altered as a result. <br />AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS <br />Annual audited financial statements for the SBWMA service area operations are required <br />under the Agreement with the Contractor for each Rate Year. The audited financial <br />statements provide assurance that the financial records fairly present the financial results <br />of the Contractor' operations and serve as the underlying document for the Application. <br />The Contractor will prepare a reconciling schedule of revenues and expenses and other <br />reports contained in the Application to the audited financial statements. <br /> SBWMA Compensation Adjustment Guidelines June 6, 2000 <br /> PAGE 12 <br />
