Processing, Transfer, and Disposal Expense <br /> For collection routes that do not overlap geographic boundaries, expenses shall be <br /> directly assigned to the jurisdiction. For routes that overlap geographic <br /> boundaries, these expenses will be allocated based on the proportionate <br /> subscription volumes. <br />E. Insurance Expense (Liability and Auto Premiums, and Deductibles) <br /> Insurance Expense will be allocated among jurisdictions based on the <br /> proportionate Drivers and Helpers Labor and Related expenses assigned and <br /> allocated to each jurisdiction. <br />F. General and Administrative Expenses <br /> These expenses will be allocated among jurisdictions based on the proportionate <br /> number of total residential, commercial, and industrial accounts. <br />G. Overhead Expenses <br /> Corporate and regional overhead expense will be allocated to each jurisdiction <br /> based on the proportionate amount of revenue received from each jurisdiction. <br />H. Fixed and Variable ContainerjBin Expenses <br /> These expenses will be allocated among jurisdictions based on the number of <br /> containers/bins lifts within each jurisdiction's geographic boundary. Where <br /> containers/bins are part of a collection program unique to a specific jurisdiction, all <br /> related expenses will be directly assigned to that jurisdiction. <br />I. Fees <br /> Franchise Fees, and Other Fees will be directly assigned to the jurisdiction. <br />J. Other Expenses <br /> Other expenses will be assigned to a specific jurisdiction when possible. <br /> Otherwise, these expenses will be allocated among jurisdictions based on their <br /> proportion of routes assigned. <br />K.
