<br />DRAFT REPORT <br />The SBWMA Consultant shall distribute a draft report for review by the Contractor, the <br />sBWMA Board, and the public. The report should be distributed by the middle of <br />October. All comments on the draft report should be submitted to the consultant, in <br />writing, by the third week of October. As appropriate, the consultant shall incorporate <br />written comments and be prepared to issue its final report by the second week in <br />November. <br />FINAL REPORT <br />The SBWMA Consultant should incorporate comments, as appropriate, and be prepared to <br />have the final report included on the agenda for the November SBWMA Board meeting. <br />At that meeting, the SBWMA will obtain any other public comments and use the report as <br />a basis for adjusting rates for each of the Member Agencies. <br /> SBWMA Compensation Adjustment Guidelines June 6, 2000 <br /> PAGE 25 <br />
