Prepare Preliminary Report <br /> II.Prepare Draft Report <br /> II.Pre are Final Re ort <br />The reporting and review of the SBWMA Consultant's findings will be conducted in a <br />manner that will allow for maximum input from the SBWMA staff, Board Members, <br />Contractor and the public. <br />REPORT CONTENTS <br />The SBWMA Consultant shall summarize the results of its findings in a preliminary draft <br />report to the SBWMA. The draft report must include all of the following: <br />.:. An Executive Summary; <br />.:. A summary of the Contractor's Application; <br />.:. A description of and the basis for all adjustments to Contractor's Application; <br />.:. Adjusted revenue projections; <br />.:. Adjusted expense projections; <br />.:. Calculation of the required adjustment to the then-current compensation for the <br /> SBWMA member agencies based on then-current account totals (e.g., type, size and <br /> frequency); <br />.:. A discussion of outstanding issues for SBWMA consideration; <br />.:. Projected adjustment recommendation; <br />.:. Calculated operating ratio; <br />.:. Anticipated SBWMA surplus/ shortfall; and <br />.:. Recommended Contractor Compensation for Rate Year by jurisdiction. <br />.:. All of the revenue and expense projections, calculations and adjustments shall be <br /> prepared by line of business: <br /> . Residential Solid Waste Service <br /> . Residential Recyclable Material Service <br /> . Residential Plant Material Service <br /> . Commercial Solid Waste Service <br /> . Commercial Recyclable Material Service <br />Finally, all of the above should be prepared for the sBWMA service area and each local <br />jurisdiction separately.
