<br /> 1 commercial, industrial and institutional Property, served by Contractor for the
<br /> 2 Collection of Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, and I'lant Materials.
<br /> 3 Collect/Collection
<br /> 4 "Collect" or "Collection" means to take physical possession, transport, and remove
<br /> 5 Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials or Plant Materials within and from Agency.
<br /> 6 Commercial, Industrial and Institutional Service Recipient
<br /> 7 "Commercial, Industrial and Institutional Service Recipient II means Waste Generators
<br /> 8 whose business activity includes but is not limited to retail sales, services, wholesale
<br /> 9 sales, research and development, government, non-profit, hospital, manufacturing and
<br /> 10 industrial operations, but excluding businesses conducted upon Residential I'roperty
<br /> 11 which are permitted under applicable zoning regulations and are not the primary use
<br /> 12 of the property.
<br /> 13 Commercial Organic Material
<br /> 14 "Commercial Organic Material" means vegetables, meat, poultry, fish, bakery goods,
<br /> 15 waxed cardboard, wooden crates, floral trimmings, tree trimmings, brush, leaves and
<br /> 16 grass generated by commercial establishments such as; restaurants, hotels, grocery
<br /> 17 stores, corporate campuses with cafeteria, produce markets, bakeries, food banks,
<br /> 18 floral shops/ nurseries, cafeterias and schools.
<br /> 19 Complaint
<br /> 20 "Complaint" means the written statement (prepared by the Manager, if based on oral
<br /> 21 statements made by members of the public or ()wners or occupants of property) made
<br /> 22 by members of the public, ()wners or occupants of properties served by Contractor, or
<br /> 23 officers, employees or agents of Agency or SBWMA alleging non-performance or
<br /> 24 deficiencies In performance of Contractor's duties and obligations under this
<br /> 25 Agreement, or otherwise alleging a violation by Contractor of the provisions of this
<br /> 26 Agreement.
<br /> 27 Construction Debris
<br /> 28 "Construction Debris II means used or discarded construction materials generated
<br /> 29 during the construction of a structure.
<br /> 30 Containers
<br /> 31 "Containers" means any and all types of Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, and Plant
<br /> 32 Materials receptacles including but not limited to metal or plastic cans, carts, bins, tubs,
<br /> 33 bins/dumpsters, roll-off boxes, debris boxes, or Construction Debris.
