7. I-J <br /> <br /> Fiscal Impact <br /> The total bid price is $178,098.00. Funds in the amount of $67,134.00 have been <br /> tentatively approved in the 2002-2003 Public Works Services Streets and Parking Lots <br /> Maintenance budget for asphalt materials purchase. The remaining $110,964.00 is <br /> allocated in the tentatively approved 2002-2003 Roadway Maintenance System (RMS) <br /> Capital Improvement Program budget for materials used for prep work for the cape seal, <br /> slurry seal, and overlay projects. The prep work for these capital projects is performed by <br /> City crews. <br /> <br /> Staff will not initiate this purchase until the City Council has formally approved the 2002- <br /> 2003 budget.
