Mr. Rambo was advised <br />that upon receipt of subject repÐDt the commission would be glad to <br />discuss, the Fairyland matter. To remain on agenda. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Park Superintendent Balzarini stated that the turfing at Bay Road and <br />2nd Ayenue was a budget matter and recommended that this be dropped <br />from future agenda. ~ <br /> <br />Commissioner Hanley reported no further progress on possibility of <br />renovating the building at Mazes Plaza.. This item to be carried on <br />agenda. <br /> <br />.... <br /> <br />Commissioner Beals reported the 4ger Building was under construction and <br />that everyone concerned Should be thanked for their fine cooperation. <br />This item ,to be dropped from agenda. . <br /> <br />é <br /> <br />,. <br /> <br />R.ecreation Director Morton reported that the Highlanders Little League <br />store room is practically complete and will be completed by the time Of <br />the first le ague game, this i tem to be dropped. from agenda. <br /> <br />Park Superintendent Balzarini reported that the Little League fields <br />were completed as for as funds on hand would allow. <br />Moved, seconded and carried, Beals and Schutz that a letter be written <br />to the City Council requesting that a dditional funds to the extent of <br />$95.00 be allocated for the completion of this pro~øet at the earliest <br />possibiledate. <br /> <br />-, <br /> <br />Commissioner Hanley reported that the possibility of collecting a fee for <br />launching boats from city owned ramp is not practicable at this time <br />due to di stance of ramp from Yacht Club Building. This would make thê <br />collection more trouble that its worth at this time. Boo ~ders~, of tM swi~ing pool, <br />commending all pool personnel for their fine work and vigilance in'their <br />recent life saving act. <br /> <br /> <br />Commissioner Chai~an Verssen reglested that all cammissioners carry out <br />their present individual asssignments for special projects. ~ <br /> <br />.
