Public Utilities
Commission. Mr. Morton said that he had talked to Ralph Shaw, County
Supt. of Parks, who-told him that the County is working on the poss-
ibility of a county park in the Edgewood Road area, and that he, Mr.
Morton, felt that the County would be in a better bargaining position
to pressure S.F. for use of water department property that we could.
Mr. Stuart said that it could be a joint venture and he would like
to see it followed through. It was agreed that the Commission back
Mr. Shaw and his efforts and Mr. Morton offered to draft a letter
to Mr. Shaw indicating the Commission's interest.

COMMcrSSIONER THOMPSON noted that that on her list of IIR.
