AGENDA 4 - STULSFT PARK: a. RULES as revised by City Attorney-Doris Thompson. Mrs. Thompson that she had carefully checked rules as revised by City Attorney.s office and in no way had the intent been changed, and that with the addition of the word "horses" to Rule 3, she would recommend approval. On motion of Commissioner Thompson, seconded by Commissioner Gooding, it was voted to approve the uRules and Regulations for Stu1saft Park", as revised by the City Attorney.s off- ice, and with the addition of the word tthorses" to Rule 3, Chairman Beals was authorized to sign them and forward to the City Manager for approval.
