enclosing "Report to Council88 on STULSAFT PARI< - CINNABAR DE-
POSIT dated July 17, 1967, by City Manager, Howard Ullrich.
To Commissioners questions, Mr. Ullrich said that matter could
be re-considered at such time as it would be appropriate: that
actual revenues from recovery of quicksilver from cinnabar ore
would depend on integrity of refiner: that in its present state
the cinnabar deposis are a fixed asset which would not decrease
in value.

2. Replying to Commission request of August 8th, re ItGun-
iting Portion of Community Park Creek", Ass't City Manager,
Henry Burget, under date of August 11th, replied in essence:
that the work was necessary to carry large volumes of storm
water past the obstacle created by the Hetch-Hetchy transmiss-
ion lines and it was the opinion that the work.would not_prohi-
bit the eventual covering of Community park creek as has been
recommended by the Park and Recreation Commission.
