Mr. Stuart suggested that if we are go- <br />ing to use' the land bank concept we should utilize it to the full- <br />est and put it in a package that would do something worthwhile. <br />Discussion which followed included:' that, park land nex.t to a school <br />is of great value; beautification areas - landscaping-are important <br />and needed, but should not come out of land bank, park plans should <br />first come to the Park & Recreation Commission before b~ing present- <br /> <br />, ,.
