On MOTION of Jack Stuart, seconded by Dixon Arnett, it was voted to recommend approval of the Recreation Department tennis court plans for the Second Avenue and Bay Road site 'and to recommend . . . that some off-street park1ng be prov1ded on the Second Avenue side. Passed.
