Mr. Morton nøted that Mr". <br />Russo had cooked the chickens £or the group. <br /> <br />Commissioner Williams inquired when swim fee recommendation would <br />--be before council and' was told that it must be on the agenda <br />before action can be taken. <br /> <br />-Chairman stuart asked that the minutes get out at the time the <br />agenda gets out or before. Secretary Thompson noted that agenda <br />closes at 12 noon on the Wednesday preceding the re'gular monthly <br />meeting date, and that copies of the agenda and minutes of the <br />previous meeting are to be mailed to each commissioner in ample <br />time for him to receive it no later 'than tha Monday immediately <br />preceding the monthly meeting. (Rules and Regulations approved <br />Park and Recreation Commission, May 5, 1965). <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Stuart suggested that we have a joint meeting with council on <br />the 5th Monday in July: suggested that commission think seriously <br />about a plan for Community Park which would embody a completed <br />-park, including creek covering, and a complete study of the plans <br />by John Yoshida and a professional landscape architect to present <br />to Council. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 10:25 p.m. <br /> <br />DORIS C.
