Commissioner Thompson moved that we accept the recomm- <br />endation of the Recreation Dept., and recommend to council, that <br />under IIpriorities-Group V-Private Groups" non-residents pay an <br />additionall~ over established rental charges, seconded by Co~ <br />issioner Whitmore, and passed, Commissioners Knecht and Gooding <br />being noted- absent.
