A. Stuart, at 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 4, 1968, at the C.A.B.,Comm. Rm. ON ROLL CALL, the following Commissioners were noted present: Chairman Stuart, Bob Whitmore, Jim Williams, and Doris C. Thomp- son. Commissioner Ann Gooding~entered meeting at 7:38 and Commissioner Jim Knecht at 7:40. ABSENT: Commissioner Artie Ree Morgan. Als.o present: Supt. of ParJcs, Pasco Balzarini: Recreation Supervisor, Bill Paulson; and stenographer Joan Uohnson. Absent - Director of Recreation, Alfred Morton. . MINUTES - Commissioner Williams moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of August 7th as~ailed, seconded by Commissioner Whitmore and carried~-. Commissioner Morgan being noted absent. , CORRESPONDENCE: 1 - Acknowledged as received, by Chairman Stuart, the Highland Community Club monthly newsletter; 2 - Park Department monthly report for August, received at meeting; 3 - Copy of Report to Council by City Manager Ullrich, dated Aug. 28th, recommending fee schedule change for C.A.B. as recommended by Commission: 4 - Brochure prepared by Recreation Department for IIFall, winter and Spring Recreation Programs for 1968-69", received at meeting: 5 - Copy of Report to Council by City Manager Ullrich, dated Aug. 30th, re joint meeting of Council, Planning Commission and Park and~Recreation Commission on Sept. 30th to hear Parks and Open Space Committee Report; 6 - Committee Report of Master Plan Study of Community Park.
