Mr. Ullrich IS year-end status report inc1~ded: that city had major year in con- struction and development: that corning year will see in excess of $50,000,000 in construction; that city will add professiòna1land- scape architect and park planning services through a contract with RIBERA & SUE, INC., on a retainer basis, to handle projects on a task basis plan through planning st~ges, preliminary drawings, through commission, planners, and council and signed contr~cts out to bid, and will supervise construction of park contracts. Ribera & Sue will work closely with Leslie planners, ~nd Susaki- Walker, and DMJM, and park and recreation departments and should - < . . . reflect desires of Park & Recreation Commission. DMJM will cont- - ~- inue work started in Neighborhood Park I (S~ores), as agreeg, and as under construction, and landscaping in Spinas Park which they started prior to the change.
