January 28, 2002 <br /> <br />Subject <br />Task Order No. 2 - Wilsey Ham - Roosevelt Avenue Reconstruction Project Phase II <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Approve Task Order No. 2 to the Agreement with Wilsey Ham for additional Engineering <br />and Design Services (Construction Contract Support Services) for the Roosevelt <br />Avenue Reconstruction Project Phase II, in an amount not to exceed $20,000. <br /> <br />Background <br />Wilsey Ham designed the reconstruction of Roosevelt Avenue Phase II. Plans Were <br />completed in December, and bids were accepted on January 16, 2002.
