In accordance with our recent <br /> conversations this proposal for certain construction services is provided you for City approval. <br /> <br /> Background <br /> <br /> Wilsey Ham has prepared the plans specifications and estimate for the rehabilitation of Roosevelt <br /> Avenue from Valota Road to Hudson Street. <br /> <br /> As is usually the case, the design engineer is requested to provide engineering for support d,ving <br /> construction for such things as change orders which involved design and for preparation of the <br /> drawings of record (as-builts). In addition, legislation requires that the monurnentafion be <br /> established by the engineer and a record of sureey prepared and filed. <br /> <br /> Scope of Services and Deliverables <br /> <br /> The City is providing inspection and contract administration. The Scope of Services herein is for <br /> engineering support services to the City as requested.
